MEP Design
BIM - Our design engineers employ the use of full 3D modelling software (Revit).
This allows the full design, including structure and building services engineering,
to be developed to ensure the electrical containment, pipe work, and ductwork
design are fully coordinated with the structure itself.
We provide all the MEP design services from concept design through to building
handover.
We have worked on a wide range of development projects, from schools to
stadiums. We have works on complex projects involving the refurbishment
of listed Grade II listed buildings, as well as high rise buildings with specific
acoustic requirements.
We take an integrated approach to building design starting at brief definition.
We have a strong focus on sustainability, and consider a range of factors in
developing our strategies, including whole life costing, carbon compliance and
occupant comfort.
We are pragmatic and client focused, ensuring our strategies meet our client’s
